Nutella chips exist, and you can find them in Limerick

Yes, please.

Nutella chips are thing, and they’re in the wild in Ireland.

Picture the scene.

A basket of fresh, thin cut chips or French fries (depending on your preference).

Nutella, lashed back and forth over the top of the chips.

You sprinkle a heap of cinnamon sugar in there.

Top it all off with a milkshake dip on the side.

That’s what La Cucina are rolling out in Limerick. They say it’s “only available on Nutella Day”, which this year happens to be Tuesday 5 February.

Nutella chips in Limerick, anyone?

The odds of me getting to La Cucina in Limerick on 5 February are pretty slim, but I’ll certainly put the call out to anyone in Kilkenny who thinks they can rustle up something similar.

If it’s on the table, I’m in.
