Ireland’s collection of Michelin star restaurants for 2020 has been revealed.
The Oscars of the food world were held in London on Monday afternoon with the event also streamed on Facebook.
Enda McEvoy also picked up the first award of the evening, the 2020 Sustainability Award for Loam in Galway.
To complete a swift double, Jurica Govejic of Limerick’s Adare Manor collected the overall Somellier award for 2020.
Adare Manor too picked up their first Michelin star under chef Michael Tweedie.

At long last Ireland has company for Patrick Guilbaud’s in Dublin with The Greenhouse moving up from one star to a second. Only open less than five months, Aimsir at Cliff at Lyon’s (Celbridge) debuted in the guide at two stars.
The Muddlers Club also joined the list of Belfast restaurants with their first star to keep Ox and Eipic company.
Last week, five new Bib Gourmand entries for Ireland were announced. Dublin picked up two in Circa (Terenure) and Uno Mas. They were joined by Land To Sea (Dingle), Thyme (Athlone) and Balloo House (Killinchy Co. Down).
