• According to Deliveroo, a Spice Bag from Xian Street Food in Galway is the most ordered Chinese dish in the entire country.
• Food producer Denny denies its ‘Made in Co Wicklow’ chicken was sourced from Brazil after food writer Katy McGuinness queried its origins.
• The Irish Examiner went in-depth with one of the country’s favourite food writers, Diana Henry.
• Catherine Cleary writes in the Times about people being encouragaed to eat bad things, according to one food expert.
• Also from the Times this week, Charlie Taylor has great news on Irish firm Strong Roots as they hit a huge US milestone.
