Rory Nolan of Anocht Restaurant in Kilkenny is my guest this week for the Ken On Food podcast.
As it turns out, we weren’t too far apart in school – went to college at the same time, worked away from home, came back to set up roots in Kilkenny.
Rory’s journey has taken him through the Michelin-starred Chapter One, Campagne, and for the past four years, Anocht in the heart of Kilkenny.
