Merry Christmas, and thanks for reading during 2018

It's been fun getting back on the blog trail - now it's time for a crisp sandwich.

Christmas is here, complete with mistletoe, wine, turkey, ham and copious boxes of wrapped sweets.

As we’re well into the thick of the festive season, I just want to pause and offer a quick word of thanks to regular readers and visitors.

Hopefully you’ve found what you’ve been looking for across the year, or at least I’ve been able to steer you in the right direction.

2019 is looking good on the food front and the diary is starting to fill up. If you’ve got something happening in the new year, I’d love to hear about it.

In the meantime, here’s hoping you get some quality time out over the next few days.

For me, I’m kicking off Christmas day with the traditional Tayto sandwich, then spending the holidays trying to get my draft count from 81 down to 0.
