It’s time for a second Ken On Food podcast and this time I’m chatting with Paul O’Connor about the Irish Curry Awards.
As part of Thursday’s live show on KCLR Drive, I caught up with Paul O’Connor of Farmhill Restaurant, Dublin, who also happens to be head judge for Ireland for the Irish Curry Awards.
The awards, with over 34,000 nominations already for this year, celebrate the very best of Indian and South Asian cuisine from eateries and dishes to chefs and restaurant staff in Ireland.
It’s been an age since I’ve had a chance to chat with Paul so it was great to catch up with the Irish Curry Awards on the horizon.
