The 2024 Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland goes live this bank holiday Monday at a special live event in Manchester.
One of the most-anticipated events on the food calendar, all eyes will be on the Midland Hotel at 6pm with the ceremony set to reveal the list of Michelin star restaurants for 2024 along with this year’s Green Stars and a number of other awards.

With news last week of five new Bib Gourmands on the Irish food scene (and last year’s list hopeful of retaining theirs), hopes are high for Irish restaurants again this year. Depending on who you talk to, we could see anything up to three new entries for Ireland while the wait continues for the first three-star listing in the country. Last year saw Dede in Baltimore upgraded to two Michelin stars, while Terre at Castlemartyr received its first-ever star.
