Watch it back: Neven’s Kilkenny Christmas

In case you missed it, Neven’s Kilkenny Christmas is now available to watch back on YouTube.

The original post I have contains the RTÉ Player links (which may or may not stick around) but Bord Bia are providing a YouTube alternative.

Kilkeny’s win earlier in the year as Foodie Destination for 2018 meant Neven Maguire would be filming a Christmas special in the city for broadcast on RTÉ.

Using produce from the likes of Goatsbridge Trout, Highbank Orchard, Mileeven, Ballykeeffe Distillery and more, the two-parter shines a lovely light on my hometown, with all the cooking done in the victorian surrounds of the Kilkenny Castle kitchen (a coffee shop during peak season)
