March food events: Here are some of the Irish food events and festivals taking place this month

Spring has sprung, March is here and the feather duster is coming out to tackle my list of Irish food events and festivals.

While food festivals around the country will only really start gathering steam from Easter onwards, there’s plenty to look forward to this month, especially in the hospitality sector, where awards season is very much in full swing.
