On Monday 7 October, we’ll know the layout of the 2020 Michelin Guide.
Red plaques, gold plaques, who gets what stars, the keepers, the losers, the rest. It’s a heady time for those at the top of their restaurant game.

In 2018 we had 11 Michelin-starred restaurants in Ireland with the 2019 guide adding another three. Patrick Guilbaud’s in Dublin remains the only two-star in the country.
Whether it gets a companion on Monday remains to be found out.
